Rx SPP Inc. (operating as PayProSell) is a payment orchestration platform. We evaluate merchant applications for risk and present them to a network of third-party acquirers, underwriters, ISOs, MSPs, and Payment Service Providers.
Important Limitations
Rx SPP does not process payments, underwrite merchants, issue merchant accounts, hold or transmit funds, or provide any financial services. All merchant account approvals, pricing, risk decisions, settlements, reserves, holds, chargebacks, and compliance obligations are determined solely by the approved third-party acquirer(s) and underwriter(s) under the terms of the Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA) signed directly between the merchant and the third party.
Post-Approval Support
Where a merchant file is approved, PayProSell may provide technical and operational facilitation support, including assistance with MID issuance, load-balancing strategies, website whitelisting, and integration instructions. Such support is strictly advisory and operational in nature. We make no representations or warranties regarding account longevity, settlement speed, reserve levels, or overall performance.
No Guarantees
Rx SPP Inc. makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, terms, approval, or performance of any payment services obtained through our platform. Approval is never guaranteed and is always subject to the partners’ policies, underwriting criteria, ongoing compliance, and performance requirements.
All agreements, transactions, and compliance with applicable laws — including those governing the sale of pharmaceuticals, peptides, SARMs, or other regulated products — remain the sole responsibility of the merchant and their chosen payment provider(s).
