Rx Seller’s Payment Processing (Rx SPP) is a payment orchestration platform designed to connect online pharmacy merchants with a vetted ecosystem of payment processing partners, including Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Merchant Service Providers (MSPs), Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Merchant Acquirers, and independent agents. As explicitly stated by our Terms of Service, Rx SPP does not process payments, provide merchant accounts, or offer financial services directly. Our role is to facilitate access to tailored payment solutions from third-party providers. All agreements, transactions, and compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws—including those governing the sale of pharmaceuticals, peptides, or SARMs—are the sole responsibility of the merchant and their chosen provider. Rx SPP does not guarantee merchant account approval or the availability of services, as these are determined by our partners’ policies and underwriting criteria.
